Fanta Haunted Mansion
A VIRTUAL HAUNTED MANSION TO "SCARE" USERS AND DRIVE ENGAGEMENT TO THE COCA-COLA MOBILE APP.
Unit9 partnered with myself to design an Augmented Reality experience for Fanta. I was responsible for the UX design of the experience: sitemap, user flows and wireframes. To ensure a seamless and best-in-class experience, I also produced interactive prototypes for key sections and flows.

Challenge
The main challenge I was given in this project was to design the entire experience using zero copy.
Solution
Together with the creative and design teams we developed a universally adaptable design that required no copy (and, of course, no translations). Our work relied heavily on icons, animations and transitions to successfully guide users through the entire Haunted Mansion.
Experience sitemap
We organised the experience in several rooms, each of which had one or more hotspots.
Wireframes
We prioritised icons and animations since we couldn't use any text.
User flows
We defined and outlined the user flows for the entire experience.
Prototypes
We tested the main interaction of the experience by creating an animated Figma prototype.
